We’re glad to share that Mission Partners has a new cohort of Social Impact Fellows joining us this summer for the 2026 Social Impact Communications Fellowship. Continuous learning and growth is a value we hold close, and our fellowship is one of the ways we put it into practice. It brings early-career communicators into the heart of our work, supporting the nonprofits and foundations advancing meaningful change in their communities.
We’re grateful to have this group alongside us this summer, bringing a range of experience across communications, public health, journalism, and nonprofit work—and a shared commitment to using their skills in service of others. Meet Kate Moroney, Mollie Binderman, and Paige Devanney!
Introducing Kate Moroney (she/her)
Kate Moroney recently graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics. Her experience spans federal and state policymaking, digital strategy, and public affairs—most recently through an internship at a D.C. public affairs firm managing health care coalitions and a summer on Capitol Hill advocating for policies to expand patient access and support cancer care innovation. Kate brings a deep commitment to mission-driven work and a passion for using strategic communications to help organizations engage audiences and create meaningful impact.
Introducing Mollie Binderman (she/her)
Mollie Binderman is a rising senior at the University of Maryland, studying Communication with an emphasis in Political Communication and Advocacy and a minor in Nonprofit Management. She has held a range of positions working directly with nonprofit teams, supporting communications, programming, and outreach. Through these experiences, Mollie has developed a strong foundation in nonprofit communications strategy, with a particular focus on building trust, storytelling, and mobilizing supporters.
Introducing Paige Devanney (she/her)
Paige Devanney recently earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media from Loyola University Maryland and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Emerging Media there. Her experience spans journalism, media production, strategic communications, social media management, photography, and video storytelling—including serving as VP of Productions and Senior Producer for Loyola’s student media organization, and as a reporter for a local New Jersey news outlet. Paige is drawn to the intersection of journalism, strategic communications, and community engagement, with a focus on expanding access to information and advancing the media’s role in creating positive social change.
Please join us in welcoming our 2026 fellows. We are excited to work closely with them this summer in support of our mission-driven partners.
