Mission Partners Receives Highest Recognition for Workplace Mental Health for 4th Consecutive Year
May is Mental Health Awareness Month — a time to reflect on and renew our commitment to our people-first values. At Mission Partners, we believe awareness is a starting point, not a finish line, and what matters most are daily, meaningful actions.
That belief shows up in how we care for our own team, and it’s why Mental Health America (MHA) recognized Mission Partners with a 2026 Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health certification—for the fourth consecutive year. The Bell Seal is the nation’s leading recognition for U.S. employers committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces, and this milestone reflects what our team has built together.
“Receiving the Platinum Bell Seal for the fourth consecutive year is an honor that is truly reflective of how the Mission Partners team shows up every day. After all, workplace mental health is so much more than policies we put on paper. It’s the culture the team builds and sustains through daily practice. I’m grateful to Mental Health America for creating a standard rigorous enough to hold us accountable to that work, year after year.”
– Bridget Pooley, Chief Operating Officer
This recognition is awarded across four categories: Workplace Culture; Benefits that Support Mental Health; Caring Beyond Compliance; and Holistic Wellness at Work. In 2025, as external pressures tested workplaces everywhere, we deepened our work in every area and increased our commitment to our Workplace Wellness initiative.
The Workplace Wellness team hosted regular wellness activities throughout the year and enhanced our hub of wellness resources, keeping wellbeing a consistent priority and Mission Partners’ benefits readily accessible. They continued to create structured opportunities for company-wide feedback, ensuring every voice had a place in shaping our culture. Team members took and returned from sabbaticals and parental leave, supported by policies built around them. Professional development opportunities gave people room to grow, and a mix of in-person and virtual team bonding kept us connected and grounded.
We’re grateful to Mental Health America for creating a framework that challenges us to keep growing—and to our team for making this recognition possible.
