Introducing Mission Partners’ 2025 Social Impact Report
Today, Mission Partners released its latest Social Impact Report: a reflection of the work we advanced in 2025, in partnership with our clients, partners, and community. As a proud Certified B Corporation™, this report serves as a scorecard for assessing how we use business as a force for good.
As the report reveals, the issues and events of 2025 pushed many of us to stretch beyond what felt possible: balancing increased demands on our organizations, often with fewer resources to deliver on those needs. But through it all, we found a throughline: even in uncertainty, progress is always possible.
The theme of this year’s report is “Steadfast Commitment,” and within it, we show what that can look like in practice. This year’s report also spotlights how we leveraged our small-but-mighty business to create lasting and positive impact that extends far beyond our bottom line. Among our 2025 accomplishments:
- We supported 30+ social impact organizations across the United States advancing some of the most pressing issues of our time, like expanding local journalism, relaying critical information about public health, strengthening democracy, and alleviating hunger.
- We surpassed our goal of investing $2.5M in Black and women-led organizations, distributing a total of $2.86M in resources between June 2020 and December 2025. This was achieved through a combination of pro-bono support, capital investments, nonprofit donations, and our Social Entrepreneur in Residence Program.
- We developed our inaugural Insights on Purpose™ Report in collaboration with the Chronicle of Philanthropy, surveying, interviewing, and assessing hundreds of nonprofit and foundation leaders on their impact, readiness for change, and outlooks on the future.
- We onboarded Dianne Myles, CEO of Denver-based Human Focused Media, as our 2025-2026 Social Entrepreneur in Residence, advancing our stated commitment to address racial disparities in communications agency ownership.
- We launched a Social Impact Fellowship with the Center for the Study of Social Policy. Our 2025 Fellow, Ericka Francois, contributed to company and client projects while advancing her skills in social impact communications.
- We received re-certification of the Platinum Bell Seal from Mental Health America for prioritizing our employees’ mental health and well-being.
Above all, we worked to show up as a true “mission partner” to our clients, employees, communities, and planet. We hope you see that progress is always possible—even in the most challenging seasons—when we show up with integrity, anchor to our purpose, and stay grounded with our values.
