Introducing Mission Partners’ 2024 Social Impact Report
Today, Mission Partners released its annual Social Impact Report: a reflection of the impactful work we did together in the last calendar year with our clients and community. We are proud to be a Certified B Corporation™, and this report is a key part of tracking how we use business as a force for good.
2024 was a consequential year for our community, as threats of political violence, skyrocketing inflation rates, a volatile election cycle, and lawsuits against diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives put pressure on social impact organizations. Though 2024 may now feel far away, it’s clear that the ripple effects will be felt for years to come.
While the days ahead are uncertain we can guarantee this bit of certainty: we are and will always be your mission partners.
Our commitment to our community, and to this work, is as clear as ever, and our own mission proves it: We guide leaders and their teams to advance positive change in the world through authentic communications, equitable strategies, and intentional impact.
This year’s report is a powerful reminder of the work we did together and an invitation to think bigger, dream higher, and imagine greater. Here are a few highlights:
- We supported 35 social impact organizations focused on some of the most pressing issues of our time across local news, public health, democracy, affordable housing, mental health, and more.
- We were recognized by PRNEWS as one of the world’s most impactful communicators and were named a Top Global Impact Company by Real Leaders Magazine for the second year in a row.
- We reached 90% of our five-year, $2.5M community investment by distributing funds and resources across skills-based pro bono, donations to values-aligned nonprofits, and our signature Social Entrepreneur in Residence Program.
- We hosted the Mission Forward LIVE 2024 Leadership Summit, where we gathered hundreds of social impact leaders for a virtual half-day conference to explore how they’re navigating changes, challenges, and opportunities in this critical moment.
- And, we doubled down on our commitment to building a supportive work environment that prioritizes mental health and well-being, as reflected in our recognition as a Platinum Bell Seal recipient from Mental Health America for the second year in a row.
In this year’s Social Impact Report, you’ll learn how we served as partners in impact for our clients, employees, communities, and planet. We hope you see what’s possible when we choose to lead courageously in times that matter most, and how partnerships built on trust create the greatest impact.
