Director of Operations

Jessica is the Director of Operations at Mission Partners. In this role, she works to evaluate and improve the efficiency of operations within the firm and create infrastructure for continued growth and success. Internally, Jessica oversees office logistics, project spending, employee records, and provides executive support to the CEO. Externally, Jessica fosters and manages relationships with vendors who embrace the values and objectives of Mission Partners. As the Director of Operations, Jessica seeks to create equitable, inclusive, and efficient processes to better harness our business as a force for good.

Prior to joining Mission Partners, Jessica served as the Executive Assistant to the Dean at the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University. In this role, she was responsible for maintaining administrative processes for the school, providing comprehensive executive support, and acting as a liaison for the Office of the Dean. Jessica also helped manage a wide range of university events – including planning and executing the McCourt School’s annual commencement ceremony.

Jessica received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Virginia and holds a certificate in Project Management from Georgetown University. In her free time, she enjoys live music, yoga, running, and Virginia sports.
