Arron Neal is Chief Strategy Officer for Mission Partners, a B Corp social impact agency. In this role, Arron provides strategic counsel, expertise and direct client services to support Mission Partners’ long-term growth throughout North America.
Arron first joined the team in 2009 to provide communications and special event support for the Progressive Insurance Automotive X PRIZE, a $10 million competition designed to spur innovation in fuel-efficient passenger vehicles. Arron’s management of a 500-member press corps for the very first X PRIZE for suborbital space in 2004 and her intimate knowledge of the X PRIZE Foundation as its former interim vice president of communications helped drive media strategy and success for the automotive competition. Since then, Arron has delivered vital support as strategist and project manager clients, across a number of issue areas, including STEM education, philanthropy, health, clean-tech, social justice, consumer safety, journalism, and the arts.
Prior to Mission Partners, Arron leveraged her expertise in strategic campaign planning and media relations to support boutique public relations agencies, nonprofit organizations and institutions of higher education, including the University of Southern California Annenberg School, The University of Maryland School of Public Policy, and the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
She has managed corporate communications for the nation’s leading broadline dietary supplement brand, supported promotional efforts for independent feature films, national award shows, and other special events.
Arron received her bachelor’s degree from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. She is based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
