CARESTAR Foundation
As its strategic plan came to a close, we designed and facilitated a community-informed planning process, complete with grantee and field-partner interviews, board and staff listening sessions, and strategic work sessions, to answer how the foundation could deepen its impact on racial disparities in emergency medical care. The resulting 2025–2030 strategic plan organizes the work around four core streams within a financially sustainable framework.
