Community Investments

What we do, we do for the good of others.

It's a phrase we've used since our founding to describe the types of clients we work with. It's also a philosophy we live every day — one that shows up in how we distribute our resources, how we spend our time, how we care for our team, and how we directly invest in our communities.

As a Certified B Corporation, we pledge to foster a radically inclusive and richly regenerative economy. We hold ourselves to the highest standards in all aspects of our business — from our governance to how we interact with our team, our clients, our partners, and our community. We believe business can and should be a force for good. This is how we put our belief to work.

At Mission Partners, communication isn't only a job. It's our way of leaving the world better than we found it.

Our 2030 Commitment

$2.86M invested and counting.

In 2020, Mission Partners publicly committed to direct $50,000 in pro bono resources to historically under-invested-in organizations. That initial investment inspired us to continue investing in communities disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2025, we announced we had exceeded our stretch goal of $2.5M in pro bono and capital investments across our firm.

By late 2025, Mission Partners had distributed $2.86 million across skills-based pro bono support, direct capital investments, and donations to nonprofits. We have since extended this commitment through 2030.

Being small has never stopped us from being mighty. We will continue to invest our resources in the leaders and organizations most impacted by these times — doing all we can, with all we have, to move missions forward.

Our Action Plan

Our Equity Action Plan and Practice Guide put that commitment into practice — laying out how we hire, how we listen, and how we show up for clients and their communities, and giving other organizations a practical guide to do the same.

The most meaningful impact is built through long-term investment, principled action, and genuine partnership.

Every year, we publish a Social Impact Report that documents how we've put our values to work — across our client relationships, our team, our community, and our sector.
