Mission Partners Welcomes Liz Ott as Chief Impact Officer

Since opening our doors in 2017, Mission Partners has believed that lasting change takes lasting partnership — and that the strength of our work rests on the strength of our team. As the mission-driven organizations we serve navigate increasingly complex strategic and communications challenges, our commitment remains the same: to show up, ready to be your mission partners, in the many ways you call us to. 

Building an agency with this kind of nimbleness and rigor that can support clients in high-stakes moments as well as in day-to-day momentum-building requires intention. And increasingly, it requires a bench of teammates who can help us deliver the depth of services our clients are requiring, with day-to-day company leadership that keeps our business running, too. 

Today, we're proud to announce the latest expansion of our executive team with Liz Ott, Chief Impact Officer. 

You may already recognize her name — Liz has worked closely with our executive team for the better part of this year in a consulting capacity. In just a few months, she's become someone we can't imagine being without: a sharp strategist, a generous collaborator, and a true believer in values-driven work.   

As Chief Impact Officer, Liz will lead our marketing and business development, hold us accountable to our B Corp standards and public commitments, and serve as a public face of Mission Partners in our field. She will also continue to serve as a direct thought partner to our CEO. 

Liz brings more than 20 years of experience in organizational leadership, client strategy, and communications, including 16 years at another Certified B Corp, six of them as President, where she led a digital strategy agency serving national nonprofits, foundations, and cultural institutions. She brings a relational approach to leadership: building trust, navigating ambiguity, and centering equity while helping teams move forward with confidence in complex and difficult situations.
