In July 2020, Mission Partners published a community-informed Race Equity Action Plan outlining our commitments to advancing racial equity in our business, client work, and the world. Four years later, we remain steadfast in our commitment to equity, expanding our focus to address racial, economic, environmental, and social justice.
Our updated 2024 Equity Action Plan reflects this broader approach, recognizing that racial equity is deeply connected to other aspects of identity, including gender, physical ability, and national origin. As a Certified B Corporation™, we believe that businesses dedicated to being a force for good must actively challenge systems that prevent fairness and equal outcomes.
This living document continues to be reviewed and updated regularly as we build upon our efforts, identify new opportunities, and report on our progress. We invite our team, clients, and community to hold us accountable as we work together to achieve sustainable, equitable outcomes for all.
By sharing this plan, we hope to inspire other businesses to adopt more equitable practices that create long-lasting, meaningful change for their employees and communities.
