This month marks Mission Partner’s 8th anniversary. In those years, we have collectively contributed our time, treasure, and talent across hundreds of mission-aligned organizations, serving as trusted counsel and communications strategists to leaders and their teams during some of the most pivotal moments of their work.
Now, we too enter a pivotal moment of growth.
With a new five-year strategic plan in place, Mission Partners has doubled down on our own mission to guide leaders and their teams to advance positive change in the world through authentic communications, equitable strategies, and intentional impact.
This work requires many hands and many hearts. And so, as we begin this new year, we are proud to share news of our expanding team and recent promotions:
Introducing Kosoko Jackson, Vice President, Client Service
Kosoko Jackson joins Mission Partners as a Vice President, bringing over a decade of experience in marketing, communications, and storytelling for social-impact organizations. Kosoko is a USA TODAY bestselling author and a skilled communicator who blends creativity with data to craft campaigns that inspire action.
Kosoko joins Mission Partners from Color Of Change, where he served as a Senior Director of PR. A committed social change communicator, he brings deep experience across a wide variety of issues including public health, civic engagement, gender equity, and environmental issues. He has led impactful initiatives, from helping individuals with convictions regain their voting rights in California to driving a successful monkeypox vaccination campaign in Chicago that improved vaccination rates within the LGBTQ community.
Earlier in his career, Kosoko held roles at leading communications agencies as well as with Rock the Vote and The Center for Popular Democracy in New York City. He holds a degree in public health and is currently pursuing his MBA at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. In addition to his client service role, Kosoko joins the Leadership Team at Mission Partners, where he will contribute to the growth and scale of the firm.
Celebrating the Promotion of Allison Kadin, Vice President, Client Service
We also celebrate the promotion of Allison Kadin, current member of the leadership team, who has been promoted to Vice President and will work as a peer to Kosoko across client accounts. Allison has been an exceptional member of our team since originally joining the firm as a Director. She will continue to lead across accounts and take on an expanded management role in the firm.
Additional Mission Partners Promotions
Among other promotions are Nimra Haroon, Elena Hilton, and Rachel Ware, all of whom have been promoted to Directors. Nimra, Elena, and Rachel are essential members of our team who have contributed so much to our growth in the past year, and we are thrilled to celebrate and support their continued growth.
Introducing our 2025-2026 Social Entrepreneur in Residence, Dianne Myles
Finally, it is with much excitement that we announce our 2025-2026 Social Entrepreneur in Residence, Dianne Myles. Dianne is CEO of Denver-based Human Focused Media, a social impact video production firm that harnesses the power of storytelling to engage communities, inform culture, and foster authentic human connections.
Guided by their core values of creativity, empathy, and unity, Dianne and her team use video production and storytelling as a tool to unite people, celebrate humanity, and promote genuine human interactions. Dianne’s diverse life experiences uniquely position her as a powerful messenger and connector, enabling her to create impactful stories that resonate deeply with audiences.
As our newest Social Entrepreneur in Residence, Dianne will receive executive-level coaching and financial support to grow and scale her company. In return, Dianne and her team will provide skilled expertise in their respective focus areas to the Mission Partners team and our clients.
Dianne is a purposeful leader who is leading and growing an inspiring company. We are thrilled for this opportunity to support and invest in her company’s growth, and we look forward to what our firms will be able to do together in the coming years.
