Pronouns: she/her/hers
Hannah Bloom is a Director at Mission Partners. She brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic communications, fundraising, and design for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations.
Most recently, she ran an independent communications consulting business, helping clients build brands and campaigns that expand access to resources and fundamental freedoms.
Before that, she worked in communications at the Low Income Investment Fund, which has invested $3.9 billion in affordable housing, early care and education, and community facilities. She has also worked as a storyteller and strategist advancing food access and racial justice campaigns, events, and workshops.
Hannah finds joy in collaboration, project management, and the psychology of narrative change. She believes that long-term social change happens from the ground-up and that a savvy communications partner can help facilitate courageous dialogue, turn insights into tactics, and grow awareness and influence.
Hannah began her career as a journalist and brings that same spirit of inquiry, empathy, and narrative discipline to everything she does. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Journalism. Outside of work, she enjoys advising grassroots political campaigns and paragliding on the Pacific Coast. She lives in San Francisco, California, with her partner and 48 potted plants (and counting).
