With over 12 years of experience, Ericka has significantly impacted nonprofit organizations and small businesses throughout the Washington, DC region, including key contributions to Generation Hope and the Center for Nonprofit Advancement.
Ericka champions collaborative and equitable business operations, ensuring that all stakeholder needs are understood and addressed. Her dedication to excellence has driven the successful implementation of numerous initiatives, resulting in streamlined internal processes and client satisfaction.
Among her notable achievements, Ericka spearheaded a major operational overhaul at Generation Hope, resulting in a 30% increase in operational efficiency. She also played a pivotal role in the strategic growth of the Center for Nonprofit Advancement, expanding its reach and impact by establishing and managing its management assistance and fiscal partnership programs, which secured more than $2 million in grants for black-led organizations.
Ericka is committed to continuous learning and holds a Georgetown University Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate, a Prince George’s Community College Human Resource Management Certificate, and a Trinity Washington University Bachelor of Business Administration.
Outside of her professional work, Ericka is an active member of her community. She volunteers with local nonprofits and serves on advisory boards. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and creating cherished memories with her husband and children.
