Deb is the Chief Financial Officer for Mission Partners where she is responsible for the development and implementation of financial and operational plans in support of Mission Partners’ executive team. Deb partners with the CEO to provide financial leadership and support strategic decision making.
Deb has broad leadership experience with over 30 years in telecommunications, law, education, finance, and nonprofit management. Her background allows her to view businesses with a wide lens and bring unique business insights to financial administration. Most recently, Deb has focused on consulting with small businesses and nonprofits, primarily in education, healthcare, and other purpose-driven sectors—streamlining accounting operations, developing financial reporting tools, and setting financial objectives and strategies.
Previously, Deb was the Controller for a national cardiovascular medical practice during its initial IPO. Deb started her career in Bell Atlantic’s executive training program, where she helped develop and test some of the nation’s first video streaming technologies.
Deb has supported Mission Partners since its inception and is passionate about using her organizational and management experience to help Mission Partners and its clients meet their business and programmatic goals.
Deb received a B.S. in Applied Physics from the University of Rochester and a J.D. from the George Mason School of Law. She resides in Silver Spring, Maryland.
