Sadie Lockhart

Sadie Lockhart is the Community Engagement Manager for Mission Partners, a woman-owned, B Corp social impact agency. In her role, she works to grow and cultivate Mission Partner’s many layers of community, including facilitating our national communication and leadership education initiative, Mission Forward.
Sadie is a social impact communicator, creative artist, educator, and community advocate. Her personal core values are infused into her work through the lenses of accessibility, inclusivity, and authenticity. Prior to her time at Mission Partners, Sadie worked for several years in the nonprofit theater sector. Her expertise is in engaging and fostering authentic community connections, through community programs, honest conversations, and collaborative relationships. She also managed educational programming by guiding classes, developing curriculum, and facilitating teacher training. She has been a teaching artist around the U.S. and in Honduras, Costa Rica, and Ecuador. Sadie is a co-founder of The Oven, a theater for social change non-profit. She graduated from Towson University with a BFA in Acting and focuses on International Studies and Spanish.
Outside of work, Sadie is an active supporter and board member of One Thousand Schools, a nonprofit whose mission is to alleviate violence and extreme poverty in Honduras through education and youth empowerment. Originally from Maryland, her favorite activities take place outdoors – going on an adventure, paddle boarding, doing yoga, making art, or walking her cat, Potato. Sadie is honored to be a part of the Mission Partners team and loves being connected with our community.
