Bridget Pooley is a Partner, the Chief Operating Officer, and a member of the Leadership Team at Mission Partners, a 100% women-owned Certified B Corporation and social impact communications firm. In her role, Bridget oversees the firm’s operations and internal culture, while also serving as a senior advisor to nonprofit, association, and foundation clients navigating moments of strategic growth and change.
With nearly two decades of experience, Bridget has guided dozens of organizations through multi-year strategic planning and positioning efforts, helping executive teams and boards clarify priorities, align stakeholders, and translate vision into actionable roadmaps. Her work spans national nonprofits and philanthropic institutions, with a particular focus on organizations that seek to strengthen communities while driving systems-level impact.
Bridget brings deep expertise in collective impact and cross-sector collaboration, including her current work supporting a local collaborative in Racine, Wisconsin that seeks to advance community-informed solutions to strengthen community well-being through coordinated action across local partners. Earlier in her career, she helped launch The Platform of Hope, a collective impact effort supporting families of color in Washington, DC, an experience that inspired her to run for local office and serve as an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner in Adams Morgan.
Known for her ability to combine strategic rigor with high emotional intelligence, Bridget is frequently sought out for her clear counsel, inclusive facilitation, and steady leadership through complex organizational and communications challenges. She is particularly skilled at helping mission-driven organizations build alignment internally while strengthening their external narrative.
Prior to joining Mission Partners, Bridget worked at Georgetown University’s Center for Social Impact Communication and began her career supporting nationally regarded legal clinical programs focused on domestic violence, juvenile justice, and housing justice. She has also held internal communication and fundraising roles at both national and local nonprofits.
Bridget holds a bachelor’s degree from The Catholic University of America, a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Georgetown University, and a certificate in Project Management. She lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota with her husband and daughter, where she is actively engaged in her community through local volunteer service and board positions.
