In his role, Kosoko works with clients to develop, communicate, and execute strategic marketing and communications plans that are intentional, effective, and have lasting impact.
Kosoko brings over a decade of experience in marketing, communications, and narrative storytelling, during which he has advanced the social impact of nonprofits, foundations, and purpose-driven businesses. He’s a USA TODAY bestselling author, a trusted strategist, and a skilled communicator who excels at blending creativity with data to craft campaigns that inspire action. Most recently, Kosoko has supported organizations like Color Of Change, increasing their digital engagement by over 25% and securing over 45K media hits in a year. He has also led impactful initiatives, from helping individuals with convictions regain their voting rights in California to driving a successful monkeypox vaccination campaign in Chicago that improved vaccination rates within the LGBTQ community.
In addition to his client responsibilities at Mission Partners, Kosoko leverages his expertise in storytelling to shape communications strategies that resonate deeply and leave a lasting impact.
Kosoko is also a screenplay writer, represented by William Morris Endeavor (WME), where he works to advance diverse representation in Hollywood. He resides in New Jersey with his golden retriever, Artemis.
