Caroline Genster joins Mission Partners as a Fellow with a background in communications and activism. She is passionate about the intersection of the two, and is excited to combine them in her work at Mission Partners. Caroline is particularly interested in storytelling’s ability to empower traditionally marginalized peoples.
Caroline is senior at Georgetown University, double majoring in Spanish and history, with a focus on Latin America. On campus, Caroline works as a writing consultant at the Georgetown Writing Center, helping students improve their communication skills. She is also involved with activist groups and social entrepreneurship. She has previously interned for Congressman Denny Heck (WA-10), where she was responsible for researching and writing constituent response letters as well as drafting vote recommendations.
